This book is an introductory course to flute/fife playing. The book is aimed at beginners and should last for an approximate ten week period. It is not intended to be a Self-Tutor and should be used with a teacher. Most of the material is very simple but it does take an amount of time to start to establish a good embrouchure, hand positions and posture. The notes used are exactly the same fingerings on a flute.
